MY MUSIC CAREER STARTED WITH CAMPYARD (R2BEES) JAYREHMI OF (REKXBOIZ) These lads met in Tema Secondary School in 1998. As if by destiny it was like ‘great men’ in the making put in one class. Based on the inspiration drawn from the Wu Tang Clan, the Camp Yard band was born. Abdul Rasheed Mugeez (Now Mugeez) and Issah Ibrahim (of blessed memory ) and Faisal Hakeem (Paedae) one day in Temasco 1998 suggested the group name ‘Camp Yard’ to then Coolio (now JAYREHMI). Camp Yard being the reason that it was more than a band just like Wu Tang. There was a huge following in the hood at Community 1 site 15, Tema. The early architects of the group Camp Yard (Now R2Bees), from the Visual Arts Class as far as music was concerned were Issah Ibrahim (of blessed memory), Abdul Rasheed Mugis (Mugeez), Jeremiah Obuobi (JAYREHMI, then Coolio) and from General Art Faisal Hakeem ( Pae Dae).
